Worst place ever to buy flowers, I ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s and I received my flowers 2 days after !without the chocolates. The quality was horrible. It looks like leftovers from Valentine’s. I will never buy from them again.

So sad you had to order your own Valentine's flowers and chocolate for yourself. The error on your order was not giving the Correct Town or even a Zip Code. Intellectually these ingredients are key in getting an order delivered on time. Our research in finding the address including telephone calls to sender was futile. Not having an alternative we had to cancel the order and refund your money.

The birthday bouquet of flowers I ordered for my sister were absolutely beautiful. The extra effort and quality were apparent. The flowers were delivered promptly the same day as ordering. The website is easy to use and I received a followup email as soon as they were delivered. thank you Westminster for an excellent product and customer service. I will order all my flowers through you in the future.

I just received a beautiful bouquet for my birthday from my mother in law. The flowers were delivered with so much care and arranged by someone who you can tell is passionate about flowers. Sorry your Mom did not get flowers for her Mothers Day. However our shop cut off accepting orders very early as we had reached our quota. From the day before you sent your order the systems warning sign was up. Your payment was also refunded. Sorry we could not fulfill your order.

Florist was so kind and understanding handling this cross country order. Communication was excellent. When my mother didnt answer her phone on delivery day, I was contacted and mentioned where she volunteered...and the florist went out of her way to deliver to the hospital mom volunteers at! Highly recommend, and Ill use Westminster Florist for all my moms floral and basket gifts

Sorry about your delayed delivery without a notification. Our supply of flowers did not get in until mid day Saturday before Mothers' Day. It's obvious we needed supply from that batch of flowers to complete your order. Covid-19 turned everything around for us. Our wholesaler is always prompt with delivery but was not able to do so this time.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers from abroad, to be delivered locally. Was very pleased that delivery took place on the actual day despite being on a Sunday. Floral arrangement had to be adjusted for available flowers; florist used really interesting alternatives, and my mother was delighted with the result. I am not located in Florida so finding a wonderful local florist like Westminster Florist is a true find! I initially used them when sending flowers to my stepmother for her birthday, and after calling 10 different florists, Westminster was the only place willing to deliver the same day and after their business hours.
